I didn’t come to this work because it was trendy.
I came to it because I saw—professionally and personally—what happens when women live disconnected from their bodies for too long.
As a nurse, a yoga teacher, and a mother, I’ve witnessed how stress, overwhelm, and lack of support quietly shape women’s health. My work exists to help women slow down, regulate, and rebuild trust with themselves—without guilt, perfection, or pressure.
I’m Lesline Pittman—a Registered Nurse, certified yoga teacher, and maternal wellness educator. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I bring a clinical understanding of the body alongside embodied practices like movement, breathwork, and intentional nourishment.
I believe healing happens when women feel safe in their bodies, informed about their health, and supported in creating routines that actually fit their lives.
I don’t believe in hustle-based wellness, restriction, or one-size-fits-all routines.
I believe in:
- Nervous system regulation before optimization
- Consistency over perfection
- Food as nourishment, not punishment
- Movement as connection, not control
- Self-trust as the foundation of health
Healing, to me, is about learning how to listen to your body—and responding with care, not criticism.
This work is for women who are tired of doing everything “right” and still feeling disconnected.
It’s for women—especially mothers—who want structure without rigidity, guidance without shame, and wellness that supports real life.
If you’re ready to move out of survival mode and into a more regulated, intentional way of living, you’re in the right place.
My work has been featured on Tabitha Brown’s Very Good Mondays and AfroTV, and I’ve partnered with organizations focused on improving maternal health and wellness.
Through classes, programs, and workshops, I continue to advocate for accessible, compassionate care for women at every stage.
If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to explore my programs, join a class, or start with one of the free resources below.
Healing doesn’t require you to become someone new.
It asks you to come back to yourself.
